Prospect and develop new accounts to deploy our customer engagement system (Targeted: 4-5 stars Hotel, Resort, Residence, related associations)
Conduct meetings & product presentations for existing or prospective clients, and decision-makers in the management level.
Forecasting, Pipeline Management, and reporting sales to funnel record.
Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations.
Providing the right solution functions and issuing a contract with an in-depth understanding of customers' needs, and usages based on consultative sales & value-based selling.
Performs business development activities on all accounts and gets the agreement signed.
Update all account profiles and contact people after every call to maintain a proper database of all accounts.
Attend online meetings daily with the team to update activities.
Collaborate with supported team in reviewing system engagement performance, anticipating consumer’s needs, product training, and improving customer satisfaction.
Monitoring the market and competitor trends and forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical approaches.
Perform any other reasonable related duties as required by the management.
